The GML/GMB mag-drive gear pumps combine the expertise of the Tuthill GlobalGear with Dickow’s magnetic coupling design to offer superior reliability for the most concerning applications.  Due to the hermetically sealed liquid end, the GML/GMB pumps will offer improved personal and plant safety when handling toxic, explosive, or other environmentally hazardous fluids.  The magnetic coupling eliminates the routine maintenance required by the mechanical seal of a typical gear pump reducing the overall cost of operation.  These seal-less gear pumps offer flows up to 32 m3/hr (140 gpm) and an operating pressure of 12 bar (174 psi).  GML/GMB pumps can handle viscosities as high as 15,000 to 20,000 cps and temperatures up to 200 °C (392 °F).
