• HTM-Circulation Pumps series NKLs, design N10q

    General
The DICKOW-Standard pumps, series NKLs according to EN 733, are designed as centrifugal pumps of light duty for handling heat transfer media.
Dimensions and performance range comply with the requirements of EN 733. Thus, the performance range is subdivided such that best efficiency is granted at all service conditions.

    Application
The NKLs pumps will be applied as circulating pumps in industrial heating plants. The performance range covers capacities up to 400 nf/h and differential heads up to 90 mLC in 50 cycles service.
The maximum allowable operating temperature PT is 340°C without additional cooling. The NKLs-pumps with the single acting N10q- seals can be applied when handling HTM with boiling pressure at operating temperature below the atmospheric pressure (<1 bar abs).

  • NCL Medium Duty Centrifugal Pumps

The DICKOW® medium duty pump is designed for handling liquids in the chemical and petrochemical industry, in refineries, for heat transfer liquids etc.

Dimensions and performance range are developed in accordance to EN 22858 (ISO 2858). The whole range is so subdivided that for all service conditions the best efficiency is guaranteed. The maximum capacity goes up to 900 m³/h or 3960 US gpm.

With a wide selection of materials and shaft sealing systems they are suitable to handle nearly all kind of liquids which are usual in the above mentioned industries. For example we call light fuels (all kinds), acids, lye, solvents, hydrocarbons, heat transfer liquids, heavy fuel, liquid sulphur, melted plastics, bitumen etc.

For handling hot water above 190 ºC (375 ºF), our pump types NHL are available.

  • NHL/HPL/HPR/NHM Hot Water Circulation Centrifugal Pumps

DICKOW® hot water circulation pumps, type NHL, HPL, HPR and NHM, have been developed for medium and large size heating plants, for heating calendars, presses, large buildings and similar applications which require temperatures > 140 ºC (284 ºF).
The design of the pumps is based on long years of experience in the field of handling hot water and grants high availability and reliability in operation.
The NHL series is designed for pressures up to 45 bar @ 238 ºC (464 ºF), maximum capacity is approximate 900 m³/h (3960 gpm) and differential head approximate 150 mLC (492 ft).
The HPL/HPR series is designed for pressures up to 80 bar @ 280 ºC (536 ºF), maximum capacity is approximate 300 m³/h (1320 gpm) and differential head approximate 60 mLC (197 ft).
